Summer (June-August)

It's no secret that Texas summers are hot! With that in mind, summers are best spent near the water, making it an ideal time for Texas beaches, lakes, and rivers.

Fall (September-November)

Fall offers pleasant weather, smaller crowds, and beautiful scenery throughout much of the state.

Winter (December-February)

Winter can be an excellent time to visit South Texas, the Gulf Coast, and many other urban destinations. Just keep in mind that the northern areas of Texas are prone to winter storms, and this often includes ice instead of snow.
